Sterling shop heater electrical ?

Hey guys, i've got my Garage Guy 90,000 btu heater all installed except for the electric. Instead of running the wire 30' through the attic and down to the breaker box, would this be safe.... there is an outlet thats 4 ft below where i mounted the heater, could i run my wire to the outlet and plug it in?

This is whats stated.... Full Load Amps at 120V - 6.4
Maximum Circuit Ampacity - 7.5

More info is needed to answer your question.
Is this outlet on a 20amp breaker and is it feed with the right size wire #12,how long is the run,how many other outlets,lights,etc... is on this same circuit sharing with this outlet? You really need to know what load your putting on this outlets circuit. Now plugging into this outlet may work but whats the code? the load? I'm sure you will find if you what to meet code you need a dedicated circuit which feeds your heater.

That is a relatively light load - probably a dedicated circuit is not needed - it's like a 500 watt load. I'd be more concerned about the possibility of the wire being snagged or otherwise damaged.
