Modine Unit Heater 83% vs 93%??

Looking at a couple used unit heaters locally for my 40x64x16 shed.

One is a Modine Effinity 93% efficient 110,000 BTU for 650 in nice condition.

The other is a Modine PDP200AE0130, 200K BTU, but only 82 or 83% efficient for $800/

I have decided on a unit heater due to the fact that I am only going to be working in here at times, am well insulated, and dont plan to be opening the doors constantly.

Any reason NOT to go for the 200K unit even though the efficiency isnt as good?

Thanks!

200,000 is a lot. Especially since you claim it's well insulated.

125,000 is more than enough for that size building.

nadogail.......currently, about 150 gallons of propane!

Bert, I ended up buying the Modine PDP200. It was local, like new condition, and already converted to be used with propane. It may be more than I need.....but I figure I'm better off with a little extra?

To much oversize means less comfortable, larger temp swings. You may have short cycling which shortens the life.
