^ I have never seen any of those ratchets or any of the sets in that catalog on ebay in the 9 years I've been doing this.
I am assuming that catalog dates from the early-to-mid-1960s (there's a zip code on the front.)

Here is something on Hycar, an ad from eBay. I wasn’t familiar with the name.

The ratchet mechanism in the pictures is a common Walden mechanism, but I think the rubber grip isn’t too common for the brand.
S-K, Fleet, and other brands had a similar looking handle.

Here is something on Hycar...[ ]...I wasn’t familiar with the name.
The only time I have seen it before was researching the equally rare COHARDITE brand screwdrivers, which apparently used it in their formula for composite handles.
I think the rubber grip isn’t too common for the brand.
S-K, Fleet, and other brands had a similar looking handle.
It does look Tootsie-ish. I wonder if those were also Hycar.
