That's pretty interesting. What use are you hoping to get out of it? Not sure what the 'drill' part of it is. How are the gears driven off the front, from a motor mounted there? That appears to be missing.

It reminds me of one of those '7-in-one' tools that used to be advertised in the back of Popular Mechanics magazine. The Shopsmith. I saw one not long ago at a Habitat for Humanity, good shape, they wanted some $$ for it.

After thinking on it I have the impression its one of those universal tools that will do everything, but poorly.

Was considering it as a welding bench vise, but now have my concerns. It would probably be better off in someones collection of vises and/or weird tools.

There must have been a motor for the grinder and the DP to work.

Those turn up every once in a while, frequently missing some of the parts. They were hand cranked, no motor used. It was a combination tool sold mainly to farmers, and really not very useful. Just an interesting gizmo these days, and not worth $450. in my opinion.

There's one in North Canton that just popped up yesterday (or when I first saw it) and they're only asking $175, so $450 is way high.

I definitely would look for something else to go on the welding table.

Both of those are missing a bunch of pieces. Neither is worth the asking price.
