Sticker removal... from Vidmar

OP, I'm sorry you spent that much time removing the sticker.

Please pick up one of these for next time... 3M's pinstripe remover. It's a huge eraser that you chuck into a drill.

I cleaned a toolbox full of stickers in about 20 minutes and removed 25 year old stripes and all of the adhesive from my boat in an hour. It's an incredible tool and a HUGE timesaver.

Next time try that WD40 that is/was sitting on top of the cabinet. It's not a lubricant, it's a cleaner. Just spray, let it soak in and scrape. I've never needed more.

I used the wd and a homemade sharpened plastic scraper. Took the major stuff off. Followed it up with goof off. All clean.

The cabinet came out great and I actually like that color, very old fashioned.

I will say you did a nice job of cleaning the cabinet! I had to play around with the drawers to figure out what the trouble was. I switched the weird drawer to another location and it worked fine. I then put a different drawer in the messed up location and it did the same thing again. Next I took the track and swapped it for a different one and the problem followed the track. I started to look at it and there was a twist to it, so I tried to straighten it out. It took a couple of tries, but it closes all the way like it should now. We have dubbed it the "green monster"!

You just never forget your first, well, here is the second. Added casters and gave her a bath. She needs a little more than that though...
