stickies and posts

do the sticky topics need to be repeated on every page? i understand that you want them kept at the top for maximal exposure, but do i really need to skip past them on the sixth page of posts?

General Tool Discussion has needed a little clean up for a while in my opinion. This thread have only served to remind me. I have unstuck 3 threads so it should be a little less cluttered.
