Sticky Rust-Oleum Concrete Patch & Repair

I'm trying to paint my garage with the Rust-Oleum paint kits and purchased some Rust-Oleum Concrete Patch & Repair. I mixed with a best guess 2/1 mixture and filled the cracks. Its been over 12 hrs now and the patch is still sticky. Its been fairly cold around 50-65 degrees. Is this normal and if so how long will it take to cure?

The problem is the temperatures. Anything less than 60 degrees is going to slow down the cure time. If it gets too cold, it will stop the process and not cure at all. Also, make sure to check the required minimum temps for the coating you plan on using. Most of Rust-Oleum's DIY kits can't be applied in temps less than 60 degrees. Additionally, the most important temp when applying epoxy is the temp of the slab. This is the temperature that the coating will take on almost immediately. Sometimes the slab will be colder during the winter than the current air temp.
