Not going to be a Sticky.
When you come into Free Parking, click on "views" in the gray header bar. This sorts high to low in views of threads. Other than the Stickies, it's at the top of the list.

Subscribe to the thread, when you click on "User CP" it will list your subscribed threads that have unread posts; click the little blue down arrow next to the thread title, it will take you to the first unread post.
