anybody heard of Miracle cover ? http://www.miraclecoverinc.com/

Its sold at my local Ace hardware , sounds like it would be alright for my needs .
Wolverine mentioned something about sodium silicates when talking about Ashford formula , still considering that but will end up with alot more than I need and involves shipping .
thermoplastic acrylic sealer !? dunno what that means
So "brand name" hardware store sealers is there something that I could/should use to seal my floor and still MAYBE someday have options like a portion of the shop done in epoxy and/or a portion VCT . I don't mind if I had to do some minor floor grinding later.

Anyone had luck with H&C Clear 23? I was thinking of using this unless I found something much better for the money...

This is what you are looking for... Call them... Talk to Monica... Don't fret about the shipping... Get your garage done... It's cheap...

That's the product I may very well use. WolverineCoatings associate, Bill Coffey referred me to them too. I think I may try it on a patio we just installed using concrete pavers.

Well I went with the local hardware store (20% off sale this weekend)
Miracle cover.....see link above.
I'll report back good , bad or no idea :headscrat
The guy on the phone said it could be covered with epoxy or whatever . No issues with glue if I decide VCT . I don't plan on spilling anything to test it out but we all know that'll happen sooner than later !
Not to mention old oil dripping cars getting parked in there.
So now I can start cramming stuff in there (almost, still have electrical to do)

Well its been a couple years and the Miracle cover has done o.k.
works way better than a unsealed floor but not as well as they advertised.
It is easy to wipe up spills, and hard to tell where they were. If you get to them quickly. The ones that sit stain but not real bad.
