Still not getting email notifications

I'm still not getting any notifications for anything. Either when someone replies to a thread or a private message.

I have checked and reset everything. Even called my internet provider to make sure GJ wasn't black listed.

Any idea's. Thanks

Try canceling all subscriptions you have and starting fresh. Although if it is the PM notifications you are not getting that could be settings. Is the email address you are using all OK? You could check that is set correctly as well. Some one else may have some other ideas to offer you.

I did all that and still not getting anything.

Yes. I have it set for instant notification just like all my other posts. And I cleared everything out.

Spam settings on your email perhaps? Make sure any email you get from the GJ is not spam listed. I had to look at that today myself.

I hear your frustration. Sorry I am out of ideas to help. Last idea I can offer is something with your email address.

I used to get them occasionally. But not for a long time. I just checked my settings and it was good, but I reset it then sent myself an email. It went to my junk folder, but I got it.

Can you send me an email so I can see if I get it. Thanks

I got an email from the board where you sent an email.

But no notification about a reply in the thread.

As I suspected and I did expect you would get notified of the test email. It did not help in anyway work out why you are not getting subscribed topic notifications.
