Can we please put a stop to people spamming their ebay auctions in our for sale section. I list alot on ebay but think doing this really ruins our classifieds.

I always thought that one sticky topic would be good for everyone to post their **** in that is on eBay. I don't sell much on eBay and if I did I would post tools here first and then if no interest I would just keep them,:lol_hitti.

It's been discussed before numerous times, the powers that be don't have a problem with it. They should at least add "ebay" in their title. I still think it's damn rude, they put the links up to attract people to their auctions but don't give members a chance to buy it first, I never look at links to members auctions who didn't at least attempt to sell it on here first. I'd go as far as refusing to sell my stuff to members who post Ebay links to their own stuff.

Which brings up another question, as far as I'm concerned a member can sell to anyone he prefers, what happens if multiple people say they will take it and I decide to sell to the one who was the second or third to respond? Is there any site policy that says you have to sell to whomever is first, mods?

Whenever I see an eBay ad in the classifieds, I either move it or tell the seller to add a price. If the auction has a Buy It Now, then it does not violate our rules here.

Without a price it is in violation and I take care of it.

So, I care!:)
