Stor-loc tool cabinet price?

Found a Stor-Loc cabinet/tool box at a place that is closing down and selling off stuff. Lots of drawers - top ones about 2" tall, a few taller ones at the bottom. Two drawers wide, bench high. Total width is about 5'. On wheels. What's a reasonable price for one that looks in good condition but needs some serious cleanup? The seller says they want $1000. Seems a bit steep to me. Is Stor-loc comparable to Lista/Vidmar?

Don't own one but watched a ton of video reviews after seeing them on Larson Farms youtube channel, they recently bought one at the farm show. There's many reviews on the stor-loc site as well as Youtube. They appear to be extremely well made and claim one hundred percent US made in Kankakee, IL.

Seem to be right on par with Lista/Vidmar. Their specials page doesn't have their farm show pricing flyer now, but I downloaded it a few weeks ago. This is page two of that flyer which has a few of the smaller boxes. I'd probably grab that box for $1000 if it's in decent shape, high quality boxes aren't cheap.
