Home Depot sells Stanley small parts storage organizers.

The inserts for those are plastic, but if you want them to fit a Durham or Klien Tools rack I think your out of luck, but as was mentioned before HD does sell Stanley ones if you just want something to tote around.

If you zoom in and read the ad on the upper left corner for the plastic drawers, it says at the bottom in italics that these fit the Durham slides.
My guess is that they are designed to work with the Durham cabinet in the lower right corner of the add.
Since both the steel & the plastic drawers can be used with the Durham slides, it's reasonable to expect these would work with the Durham cabinet you may already have.
