I have some electrical connectors, misc. wiring supplies, misc. screws & trim clips. Its not a whole lot but its enough that I would like some kind of container to store them in and keep in one of the drawers in my KRL 1022. I have seen some clear plastic containers with dividers that might work well. I've also seen some similar made by Stanley that have small trays so you can pull out what you need and carry it over to the work area... Seem nice but it seems to take up a lot of space.

I want to keep this stuff. In my box so it won't grow legs and walk off like a lot of my other stuff seems to do. Thought I would check to see what some of you have done before I go off and buy something.

I have the same boxes. I got them at Parts Express a long time ago. They still have them, but good luck finding them at their crappy web site. Plus, shipping is ridiculous, which is why I haven't purchased anything from them in years.

I goto the fishing department at the sports or dept store to find good small containers. When I traveled I found some containers that screwed onto each other making a cylinder. They came in different sizes, were clear, and were sturdy enough to travel in the tool case.

I get Plano fishing boxes from Walmart. Similar to the one byrd posted but with configurable dividers.

They sell those boxes about everywhere. If you are looking for something compact check out this from Harbor freight. I bought several of these when they were on sale for 2.99 I keep a set in most of my road boxes and the terminals arn't half bad.

Thanks for the suggestions... The box in the 2nd post is what I've been looking at getting. They have them at harbor freight too.

I was at Home Depot yesterday afternoon and I saw a Husky box that was like having two stacked and they had trays that pulled out instead of dividers. Looked good but I didn't look at the specs to see if it would work in the drawer I have set aside for it

I've got one of these in my box as well. The tabs that hold the top closed have broken off so I use a couple of rubber bands to keep it shut.

I like to fiddle a lot with LED conversions, so I know what your going through. I have a ton of little LED's, resistors, heat shrink, yadda yadda yadda. I found the best was to use a cantilever tackle box dedicated to my LED wiring tools. Works great and I know that I have everything I need to do LED swaps in that one box.

I also have a older Cman 26" top and bottom chest that is dedicated to "consumables" (terminal connectors, more heat shrink, splice connectors, fuses, assorted fasteners, etc) I use these little trays to keep everything tidy

I keep spools of wire and loom in the larger bottom drawers. Works well for keeping a larger stock of supplies on hand.

The one I keep in my roll cart is actually a box for Matchbox cars (my grandson is still looking for it) it has compartments on both sides. On the backside I keep thing like P clamps, Grommets, small screws, etc. Works really well. 4.99 at Toys R Us, lol
