Storage Issues

So I have a 13 drawer husky box thats over-flowing. I cant get a new box no space and there would be issues etc,etc. But i do have space for a cart. So i was thinking this would be best.

I have the napa version, its just a hair smaller, and i only paid like $400 for it with a foldable side shelf. Ive actually been trying to sell it and havent been able to, i dont have the room for it now that i dont work in a shop anymore

If you have room for a cart why not a full on toolbox? Is height the issue?
