Storage Question

I'm wanting to redo my garage a little and I was wanting some suggestions on storage. I have a ton of bulky items on metro racks. I want to build some some cabinets under my work bench to hide them, but am really short on ideas on what to build or how to build them to hide all the bulky stuff. I also have 2 horizontal air compressors I want to put under my work bench.
I need some some OCD storage help!

I am also a member of the OCD storage club. I would caution you to consider the ventilation perspective of enclosing the horizontal compressors. As far as building the cabinets, it may be easier to just build your work bench around the cabinets! Do you have a picture of the bench you are working with so that we may give more "pointed" advice? I like pictures..

no pics on me, it's 16ft long, 2ft wide. 2x4 frame, the top is made from office cubicle work surfaces.
I'm going to frame up the bottom of it and add doors.
It's a standard house garage, I think it's 18x18??? The bench is down the left side, the racks I'm getting rid of are on the right

I basically put some facing on my work benches and added cabinet doors.
