Storage Recommendations?

Hey folks,

I finally have my tool box and work bench in place and it's awesome.

I can't tell you how much I hated working off the floor or a chair. *ugh*

Anyway, I'm looking for a storage solution to fill a 5' wide by 35" deep space. I'm the worst Craig's List searcher ever, so all that's showing me are a bunch of office furniture pieces.

If you guys have a recommendation for a steel storage solution, that'd be great.

Last parameter: I'd prefer to keep it 4' high or less with a top, middle, and bottom shelf. (or close to it. If it's too much higher, it'll block my fuse panels for the house.)

So, what 'cha got? :D

Thanks,
Alan

I would construct 18" deep shelves on each side clear to the ceiling with 2' open in the center, is your panel in the middle of the back wall. This would be perfect for a bank of small storage bins.

Thanks for the recommendations, guys.

I think I may have to build one. I can move my fridge to change the space dimensionally (laterally, at least), but even with that, I still can't find an "off the shelf" shelf that looks like it'll fit.

I'll grab a picture of the area in a few so you can see the space with which I'm working.

I had some odd widths of my garage wall space that I wanted metal storage cabinets to fit into... had luck with used office cabinets (storage or file cabinets). I considered building wood cabinets, but I really wanted metal instead. I found a local reseller of used office furniture who would run sales in the "ding and dent" section. Just a suggestion.
