This is not directly a garage issue, but thought the friendly folks here could help. I built a DIY storage shed in my backyard. My landscaper built a gravel pad, framed by 2x4s. Underneath the gravel, he put in 3 black flexible drainage tile pipes as the location of the shed is directly on a drainage path. All was well until I loaded the shed and put a lot of weight in. the drainage pipes collapsed and water is now flowing the opposite direction it should, and is building up in my neighbor's yard. This never used to happen.
The landscaper came out and put in PVC pipe, somehow lifting the shed. However, the slope is still wrong and he is not convinced it is related to his work. I don't want to tear the shed down and start from scratch, but I am afraid I might have to. Any suggestions for jacking up the shed so I don't have to do this?
Thanks in advance
