Storage unit AC?

I am currently working in a 15x20 storage unit with a metal roof and no electricity (using a generator to run my compressor and welder). I will be moving into a MUCH larger unit at the end of the month. My new unit has a concrete roof, both 110 and 220, and is 3 15x20's with a structure built into one of the spaces. The structure is an addition to the front office that was built into my 3rd unit taking up approximately 2/3 of it. I have not measured, but I would guess the main area to be approximately 20x32, and the smaller area to be approximately 12x7.

I was thinking about building a wall inside of the door to my "built out" unit and installing a window unit. This way I can just open the door to that unit when the AC is running and close it once I am finished. Approximately what size unit should I look for to cool my new home away from home? I have seen some fairly nice looking units for sale here locally on Craigslist. Would it be possible to install a drainage tube in your average window AC unit? How much room do I need to plan on leaving around the outside section on the unit itself? I'd rather not loose 2ft out of my entire "little tool/storage area"...

Thanks
Curtis

i put a window unit into my 3 car tandem like 450sq ft ish.
i put in an 18k btu window works great
but i also insulated the exterior wall and ceiling
garage door is also very insualted

Phoenix heat works well.
i think most window units dont need a drain

Window units just let the condensate water drip out the back. They also blow a lot of hot air out the back.

Bogey won, I've never seen one of these. How big are they? I need to keep my eyes peeled on CL for one of these units! I was primarily thinking of a window unit because I can pick one up super cheap! I don't need to hang meat in there, but Id love it if I could keep it in the mid to upper 70s.
