Hey Im new to site, been reading and looking at many posts. Im planning a shop/garage build in spring. Im trying to get ideas of how best to utilize my space. Plan on building 30x40. I was wanting your thought on metal lockable cabinets (pics/manufacturers/etc) I mainly fish so I have all my fishing stuff and electronics to store and well my mower and stuff.

Basically, what do yall recommend, what would you do different, and post pics please if you have time.

You don't put mowers in a shop...come on rook...

But seriously, there are thousands of threads on exactly what you asked, spend some time searching, if you have a specific question you haven't seen asked then post it up, but huge vague questions like that have just way to many possibilities.

I leave my mower in the yard where I stop cutting, winter time its going sit for at least four months in the weather

Hey, don't let these guys get to you about the lawnmower. Originally, I stored my riding lawnmower in my shop, too. It was part of the justification for building the shop. Eventually, it was moved to the barn (built later) where it rightfully belongs.
