The True Value Hardware store on McByde & San Pablo Ave in Richmond Ca., is closing! It's been there for about 40 yrs, and it's one of the hard to find stores, they have every thing that everyone else dos'nt, what ever you need they had it and the 2 brothers that owned it knew there stuff. It's one that will be missed, I wish them the best with their retirement! I was there last week things were 40% off and they will be there I think until the end of the month, and maybe there will be bigger discounts!

OP you going back ?? . . OR anyone near there who is going ?? I could use a 3/8" drive 7/8" shallow socket that I lost from . . .
. . . . Ace Professional . . . . old set I've got.

Also would like spare 19mm deep and shallow sockets along with another set of 7/8" deep and shallow sockets. These are for "road bag" to put on breakover bar for tire removal.

PM me if you can get single sockets. Thanks !

My local true value closed the doors a few years back, bummed out because it was a true old fashioned hardware store, my local ace is good just not as good, you didn't have the 1948 feel when you walked in the door lol
