I am purchasing a Harding Steel car lift for my garage. This type of lift parks the raised car at about a 5 degree angle. I would prefer to keep the top car facing forward...nose down. I will be rotating between a 1973 Camaro and a 1974 Corvette, both of which have a carburetor. Has anyone had any experience storing an older car on an angle like this? I have been told I may need to install a fuel cut-off switch before the carb to prevent the gas from flooding it.
