Storm Door In Pieces

A neighbor gave me a glass storm door that he was going to throw out and it would fit on my garage door but here's the kicker the metal frame on the door was taken apart in 3 pieces, now for my question: should i put the frame on the wall and square it up there OR should i try to put it on the door and put it up as one piece?

Thanks FRANK LEE that sounds the most logical! i just got to be sure the top is level and then square the hinge side?
