Storm sheild garage door threshold on rustoleum epoxy floor?

Will the supplied caulk hold on rustoleum professional garage floor coating?
or should i use a 100% silicone?

The caulk states to install on bare concrete but i want to epoxy first and then install the garage threshold.

May I suggest calling Rustoleum's tech line (800-323-3584 opt 4) and asking them? They have been very helpful this past couple of weeks answering questions for me as I prepare to put down my epoxy floor.
