The power was out for about 5 hours this morning then came back on. About an hour ago I noticed the lights do this weird fast pulsing flickering kind of. Then I noticed the lights seemed kind of dim, but the computers and stuff are working fine.

I measured the L-N voltage on both sides and it's 80V right now. Something must be messed up at the pow co. Everything seems to run fine except my well pump won't start. It does spin but not enough to build much pressure then it trips the overloads.

Weird I've never seen this before. I reported it on the pow co's web site. Now with the damn automated phone system it is simply not possible to get through to a human anymore.

If I were you I would be unplugging or killing the breakers to anything you do not want to fry. At lower voltage everything is drawing higher amperage.

Call the POCO and have them fix it before all of your electronics are trashed.
