Strange substance on Floor

I have a cement floor of in a garage nearly 100 years old. Suddenly I'm seeing puddles of a liquid substance, that looks like water, but doesn't act like it. When I put sand in it, the sand turns to mud, then a few days later, a black spot forms. The liquid takes several days to evaporate and it retains its shape even when a stick is dragged through it. I've no idea what this stuff is. It started about 2 months ago.

No car has been stored in the garage for over 30 years. There are no water stains on the ceiling and not puddles near the walls. While there are some cracks in the cement, the puddles are not near or coming from any cracks. It's a two car garage and only one half is affects. Any ideas what this stuff is and what to do about it would be greatly appreciated.

Post a picture so we can have a better idea as to what you are seeing.

I think this one either needs to be submitted to the admin of this forum for deletion as trolling/spamming or else submitted to the 90's X-Files office with Scully to investigate. Unfortunately, that office closed down after it was cancelled in season 5 or 6 when bigfoot was in fact finally found and he was an alien after all. - Paul
