Strange vintage double end adj. wrench

Went to a car show today, they had a small swap meet there as well. Came across this little double ended adjustable wrench, never saw any thing like it before, so of course I had to buy it. Forgot to put something like a quarter in the pics, it's about 4" long. Also scored a cool metal tap drill size chart sign there as well.

He was asking $6. , I offered $5. and he accepted.

I would of snagged it also for 5.00, or even 6.00, it is nice.
