Strangle epoxy issue

Hey guys, was wondering if anyone has ever seen or heard of this situation I have with an epoxy floor ? The floor has az polymer e100 tinted primer then e400 tinted epoxy the p100 polyurethane tinted top coat. Basically whenever anything is parked for more than a couple hours this is what is left on floor. Nothing is coming up or peeling or any of that just the gloss seems to be removed and you can see from pics the tire prints are present . You only see this at particular angle based on light but this is very concerning I’d say . The floor is 3 years old and I’m now just starting to use building. It doesn’t matter what it is whether it’s a truck,forklift,scissor lift etc etc anything with weight . I even placed a 4x8 piece of coroplast underneath my
Forklift and instead of the tire print being left it’s the coroplast profile as pic shows. Id like to see what others with epoxy experience has to say ?

Contact the MFG.
I would say something is off with the last coat. And it is more likely an install issue, than a MFG issue, but give them a ring.

***** it’s so old. Going to have issues getting the installer back.
Can you feel any differences in smoothness in those areas?

Yes you can feel a difference but ever so lightly. I had the sales rep look at floor and his recommendation is to sand floor with 80-100 screens and reapply a polyurethane or polyespartic. He's fairly confident that the poly 100 was not mixed correctly, and is frozen in a 95% cure state versus 100% cured. The fact that any $);hole can claim to be a floor coating professional is a complete and utter joke . Not sure why the manufactures of such products don't restrict the purchase to only qualified and proven entity's to minimize any such issues? Probably because at the end of the day no one gives two /:;- about anything but their own bottom line .

On a side note, here is the level of competency I was so fortunate enough to experience from the first c/:;?!&@() that attempted to claim they were capable of installing epoxy.

Sorry for your mess. One reason why I do everything myself. If that came up like that I’d remove the whole thing. It’s gonna come up anyways. Definitely call the original company and have them remove for free. Then get another for a new install. As it’s 3 years old it’s going to be a fight.

Yes that was the FIRST attempt. It got completely all ground off, just for the second idiot to also do things incorrectly .
