Its been a while since Ive posted but sometimes the only solutions to a problem are found on Garage Journal. I tried searching, no luck.
On to the point. I am soon to install an above ground dyno in my garage and will need to strap cars securely to my concrete slab. I dont want to trip over d rings and hooks when its not in use. Are there flush mounted anchor points that can be installed in the existing slab without a jackhammer?

There are the Champ Anchor Pots but the videos show the hole prepoured into the slab as a PVC pipe. I'm positive the holes could be diamond-saw core-drilled but that's a more exotic (expensive) setup than casting them in at the start.

Like anything you attach to concrete it deserves thought about how thick the concrete is and the type of reinforcement.

I was once perusing a bodyman’s catalog that listed post-pour insertable chain pots. They also listed the core drill rental tool.
Drill the holes, insert the chainpot and twist. It also mentioned saving the concrete slug to glue back in when the building lease is up.

The frame anchor pots are either post or pre pour install. Mine are champ brand and can be installed either way. For an existing slab you just core drill the slab insert the anchor and set the wedge and they’re locked in for life or until you release the wedge.
