Strapping cathredral ceiling???

Im strapping out the cathrrdral ceiling under scissor trusses. Should i start at peak or sides to measure for 16" centers?

If it were me I would start at the peak. I would also run my drywall from the peak, that way I could make sure the joint was consistent.
