I bet they cancel on you. I added to cart then was screwing around with stuff I had saved for later trying to decide if I wanted to order anything else and the lights in my cart switched to 'no longer available from this seller.' I went back to the item and it went up to $31

As a seller on amazon, I can tell you canceling orders hurts the sellers metrics, it'll take a long time 6-12 months for the ill effects to go away
