I'll start by introducing myself. My name is Josh and I live near Richmond VA. I am a small business owner and my hobbies include overthinking things, taking on tasks that are too much for me to handle, never asking for help and I'm notoriously cheap. Hence the name of the garage 
The garage will be 30' x 52'. 12'7" walls. Two 10'x10' doors, one being an overhead and one being a roll up. It will have a 10x10 office, a 10x20 hangout spot and a 6x6 bathroom. It is a pole barn style and is being constructed by Superior Buildings out of Harrisonburg Va. So far they have been outstanding to work with!
I have already ran into one issue with the county. The spot I had picked out for the garage had to be moved to a whole different section of the property due to the fact that and structure has to be more that 50' from the well. So today the wife and I started clearing a new spot for the garage.
I will update as we make progress.
