Stripping double insulated wire - any tools for it ?

Anyone know if there is any tools that will automatically strip the "outer" insulation from a double isolated cable ?.

Have you tried a traditional stripper using a larger gauge size? Like say the wire is 14 gauge, you use the 10 gauge part of the stripper? Don't know equivalent metric sizes.

depending om the OD of the wire, you might be able to adjust a coax cable stripper
