Would like to do a Red horizontal stripe on (2) Stuco and (1) Drywall wall in my garage. The stuco walls are not flat with a oval high/ low profile. Any ideas how I can add a stripe on these rough high low walls? Is a 4-6" vinyl stripe avaliable somewhere? Suggestions Anyone??

I have never seen vinyl striping applied on drywall (even on nice smooth drywall with a painted glossy finish) that did not eventually let go and peel/curl like crazy. I don't know why, just my observation.

You can do a search here for "painting stripes" and you will find several posts with the run-down on the technique for masking lines on rough surfaces and the tricks for getting smooth straight lines. Been talked about many times.

just paint 1x4 (or whatever size that works for you ) pine boards and mount them on the wall as stripes. just like a chair rail. thats the only way i know how to do stripes on rough stucco. just mount them with tapcons. they will give you a place to mount hooks to hang cords air hoses and such. just my .02
