structural engineer in nh

anyone know of any engineers in the lakes region area that can design a foundation system for a metal building or pole barn?I've asked the manufacturers and am still waiting for answers if they can recommend anyone thought I would ask here also.I know the columns or piers have to go below frost line but I would like to know 12",24"or 36 or whatever to estimate the concrete the slab is already in the 10k range and I can't use monolithic here in gilmanton.stick built has to have a full 4' frost wall all the way round which makes that choice more expensive than the pole or metal kits.thank you and merry christmas or happy days to all

Your local building officials can give you frost depth.
Most of what I see online for New Hampshire is 4 feet min.

I know the frost depth I stated it above I need someone to design the area of the pier to carry the load of the steel column and so far the town will not tell me how big and the manufacturers haven't responded yet either.I just want someone with experience. with the cost of concrete I don't want to build a 4' square pier 4' deep if I only need a 2' pier 4' deep.thanks for researching
