I know I'm going to get a lot of Snap-On answers, but I thought I'd ask.

Any review of the Bahco 808050S?

Regardless, the reason I'm making this post is I just received this:

...and MAN is is smoother than my Stanley Stubby. You have to barely move it to engage the next gear. So I was looking for a JH Williams Stubby..and they don't make one?

How does the Bahco comapre to the Snap-On? You can get it at MRO Center for $13 shipped.

I looked at buying the bahco but found a Snap On Stubby like new at a decent discount so went that way. One thing to note is the 808050S ($14 @ MRO center) comes with no bits but they are available in a wide selection (and are of high quality) from Snap On at like $1.65 each. Read somewhere that Home Depot sells high quality bits (can't remember brand) at a good price as well. Or the Bahco 808050S-22 comes with a case and a decent selection of accessories for like $32.
Since Williams and Bahco are affiliates of Snap On it would not surprise me if the ratcheting mechanisms are closely related.

Since the Bahco is only $13, gonna pick it up and try it out.

The Bahco is nice. I believe it's made in Taiwan by high 5/reverse gear.

The ability to use different blades lengths is handy. Check cripe's ebay store as they used to have the ratcheting tee handle for like $4.50 too.

I read here that the Williams ratcheting screwdriver, has a simple safety washer that needs to be removed to achieve the same thing....can anyone confirm? I'm assuming the Bahco/Bluepoint would be the same?
