I Contacted Slide-LOK about 1 months ago to ask who the local dealer was to have my floor finished with their Poly product. The put me in touch with their guy who came out in a Slide-LOK looking vehichle and tailer to do the job.

There is an issue with the floor and the dealer has not been totally repsonsive so I called the factory and was told that the dealer was buy his chemicals elsewhere and I would need to hire a lab to prove that what was applied was their product...at my expense.

Heads up People, the consummer is never right anymore.

Floor was in 5 months and I am out $4,000.00

Does not seem fair.

Unless there is more to this story, I think my next call would be to a Lawyer. I am not a big fan of lawsuits but some time they are necessary to hold people accountable.

Most times just the letter from the Lawyer is enough to get them to hold up their end of the deal.

With all due respect, already people are advising to involve lawyers. I'm the last one to defend the competition but this post is so vague.

What is the issue? Is it peeling? Is it turning colors or staining? Is it dented or left tire imprints? Is it not as shiny as you thought it should be?

Please be more specific and show pics to better help you. If not, this post is worthless.
