How do you propose to push it out? What would you use to get in the drive hole to make that possible?

grinded C clap with welded I pin. and piece of small pipe from the outer side under the swivel head.

It shouldn't be stuck, but I believe it shouldn't have a spring either. It looks built in similar style to the cool really old blackhawk sockets where the ball or pin on the drive tool aligned with that to lock on, requiring a push to release with the pin style. With those the spring on the drive tool is what pushes out the pin in your adapter. They really don't move much, just a little.
