Stud/Dent Puller Head

I have one of the Harbor Freight auto body stud welders (which I can highly recommend, being the first time I have ever used one). I am using it to fix my Miata race car which has very thin sheet metal. The one issue I have is once done pulling the stud, the roller lock on the slide hammer will not always disengage and I have to 'reverse' slide hammer negating some of the gain I have made.

My question is there another, better, type of head that will fit? The only thing I have found is : H&S Autoshot® - Slide Hammer Hex Head for Slide Hammer, from toolsid.com. It has more of a drill-type clamping style. Will it fit?

Thanks Slewfoot, I'll give it a look. By chance do you know if the threads are somewhat universal?

My bet would be on harbor freight (I also have their stud welder) doing something dumb and different, but I never checked.
