Sub panel wiring confusion

Alright everyone, here's my situation. I am working on wiring my detached shop. After reading a lot and researching here I've gotten to the point of connecting the sub panel to the main panel. From main panel to sub panel it is 150', I've ran 2-2-4-6 MHF and will be on 90amp from the main. From what I've gathered I will also have two ground rods that I need to get in the ground and the subpanel will not be bonded (I'm not installing the green ground screw).

My question and confusion is this, on my subpanel as you can see in the picture I believe it is wired correctly however my neutral and ground appear to be connected by the strap above. Is it not? Does leaving the screw out make this correctly connected (unbonded)? Or would I need to add an independent ground bar? Thanks for the help. I'm also attaching a pic of the sub panel box.

Buy two ground bars and install 1 on each side of the panel vertically. Move your green wire to one of them. Use the provided machine screws so the bars are considered bonded through the enclosure.

Taking out the green bonding screw unbonds the neutral bars from the case. The addition of ground bar(s) to the case is needed and those ground bars will now be isolated from the neutral.

Those are both neutral bars. as said above, you need to buy a ground bar kit, preferably 2, to keep panel wiring clean. The EGC from the main, and GEC from the rods will go to 1 of these new bars.
