I have subscribed to a number of threads but never received notification of new posts, so I checked my CP and found that an old e-mail address is showing. I tried changing it to my new address but the system says that address is already in use. Where do I go from here?

I have tried this. I open the "edit email and password" page and enter my password. I then have tried to blank out the e-mail shown....it responds with

"Please complete the required field "Email". "

Next I entered the new e-mail over the old one shown ... it responds with

"The email address you entered is already in use. If you have forgotten your password, please click here."

I have also tried changing my password...nothing happened.

At this point in time I suggest you look at your settings for anything that may have changed when the forum changed servers.

If you meant me, I have checked and AFAIK nothing has changed. It still shows the old email address that I have been unable to change.

I realise you problem is email so that was not directed to you.

Bump. Still no response from Ryan.

He has had bigger issues with the main base of garage and Jalopy Journals being hacked.
That may or may not be why you have issues and why he has not responded. There has been a post about the hacking.
