Substitute for Devguard and Bar-ox paint?

I just went to my neighborhood paint store to purchase paint for an outdoor metal project I just finished and was told that Bar-Ox and Devguard are no longer available due to VOC issues.
Is there an acceptable substitute that you could recommend as these paints were exceptional in their toughness and ease of application.
