Such thing as an angle grinder roloc?

I have recently discovered the roloc; long time coming, but the finish left is great! Basically polished out my brake pedals over the weekend: (red)

Anywho, as I burn through a ton of these things, I have to ask: what is the closest to it for an angle grinder? I have used 80 grit and 120 grit on the angle grinder but the finish left by the roloc is great, and I want to emulate it on a larger surface. So, what do you all use?

Roloc is a method of attachment, not a particular pad.
The equivalent for an angle grinder would be a wheel with a threaded hub.

But I think you're talking about some kind of abrasive pad. Scotchbrite perhaps? Yes, scotchbrite pads are available in all sizes.

Do you mean the scotch brite roloc pads?

If so then you can use them on an angle grinder. On my bench below you can see a blue (fine) roloc scotch brite pad fitted to my grinder:

They make short work of cleaning corrosion off steel and aluminium components. The same parts once whizzed over:

The answer to your question Ben is yes, they make Roloc discs to fit angle grinders. I'm assuming you mean a common 4 inch angle grinder. 3M makes them and they're real simple:

All you do is thread the backup pad to your angle grinder and then thread the Roloc disc to the backup pad; that's it! The backup pads come in different female thread sizes depending on which grinder you have (5/8''-11 most common) and they also come in different firmnesses. The Roloc disc would be the type TR and the material is their Scotch-Brite surface conditioning discs. Let me know if you need any help with the part numbers and sources to purchase them from.
