So i just started a new thread, and i typed in like 35 characters and hit enter. Of course, it said, sorry you can only use 25 characters. I hate that kind of electronic form, where you fill it in, and it doesn't tell you the limit until after you've hit enter... now the rejection sets in!!! Oh my, what did I do wrong? why is it rejecting me? do I smell bad? do I have something between my teeth? ugh....
Just kidding. However I would suggest/like to see anywhere where there is a character limitation, that the entry field be limited to that amount of characters. I don't know what software is used for this board, but I know a couple that I use for similar things allow you to limit the number of characters for a field, and it actually won't let you type any more, as you're going, so you don't get to the end, hit enter, then have to shorten it.
