Suggestions for 1.5"-2" high speed grinder discs and backer?

Looking to use a high speed air grinder, 15k-20k speed with 1/4" arbor, to grind epoxy from a plastic boat hull. Needs to be rather small in size and was thinking 1.5" - 2" size.

Any recommendations on sanding discs and the necessary backer for it?

The epoxy was used to repair stop drilled cracks up to 1/4" in width. Small disc size is preferred due to curves and detail areas.

3M Roloc comes in 2" and 3" sizes, allows for quick changes of "grinding" discs.
