This is my first post to this forum. I'm in the planning stage for a new 100'x50' shop/garage. I'll use the space for storing my collection and will also have a section dedicated as a working garage. Kind of visualizing Jay Leno's set up, so I don't want epoxy, but I do want it to look good. I'm thinking I want a floor finish like that found at Home Depot, or Costco warehouses (I think they are diamond cut and polished??)
Anyone have suggestions in regards to finishing a floor this large? Looking for low maintenance. Thanks.

Voda: Those floors are generally not polished. They are slick-troweled and burnished using a silicate based sealer. They are good floors but can still stain from oil and various garage fluids.

We can talk you through it if you decide to go this route.
