suggestions for pole barn/garage placement:)

Hey everyone..Happy Summer! We're finally thinking of actually building a barn/garage? limited funds but would be nice to accomodate 4-6 and maybe a 2nd floor & a lift. lot is 200x600 or 700- 3.1 acres. Blue lines are a french drain 2' deep & red are septic/leach. house setback is 280'.

Between your house and neighbor because you need a reserve leaching field area the same size as the one you have.
