TP tools has some filters and regulators that they claim are USA made. They look nice. Have been considering getting a water filter. http://www.tptools.com/p/74,113_1and2-Coalescing-Air-Filter.html
Their catalog also shows Visegrip as made in USA, which we all know is not.

I like that price. Is the 125 max psi thing an issue? I usually just run my air tools without a regulator/at full pressure, which I assume is closer to 150. But, I'm a compressor noob, so am not sure.

The sharpe is the one to get. I've had one for around 15 years that has followed me around from shop to shop and still works great. I recently got a filter and reg from TP and while it works fine, it is nothing to write home about. The plastic drain valve kinda bugs me.

For about the same money as what the lousy, essentially non-serviceable Chinese stuff costs (From HF, Northern, etc) you can buy top quality USA made industrial regulators such as Parker, or Watts, on Ebay, all day long.

Search "Parker Regulator", "Watts Regulator"

Have you looked into Parker products?
I think they are still USA made, and they are definitely high quality.

Probably worth a look. I'm using an old Watts Fluidair unit I found in the garbage some years ago. All it needed was a cleaning and it works great. I'm guessing it is about 30 years old. I see that Watts is listed now as Parker.
