I live in northern minnesota where it gets very cold. I have a 30 by 56 foot shop with a 16 by 30 foot section that maybe heated off and on. The slab was new last year and has no vapor barrier under it. I live on gravel road. What would my best choice for flooring be considering the gravel, the cold, rain, ice, snow, and salt be. The floor has not been sealed. I am considering stain and sealing. Thanks.
