So I got a free 3 year old GAS water heater from my neighbour.

The Water Heater says "Suitable for Space Heating" on it.
Is this a condensing water heater appropriate for infloor heating?

Looked up the model info etc but could find anymore deatials.

Thanks,
Jamie

Here is a link to the parts for that https://parts2.rheem.com/bomlookup/...rheem.com/OA_HTML/xxRPDCibeCCtdItemDetail.jsp

Looks to be just a run of the mill low efficiency gas tank type water heater. I don't know what they mean by suitable for space heating, but unless you use an expensive mixing valve it is not a goid match for radiant floors. Would be ok for radiators or baseboard where you could run it hot perhaps.

You can see the internal model number is 22V40SFM1
